Please read this document carefully before using the site. By continuing to browse TechVisor.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document, the “Terms of Use” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), constitutes a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and governs the relationship between the owner of the TechVisor.pro website (hereinafter referred to as the “Editorial Team,” “we”) and any person who accesses the site (hereinafter referred to as the “User,” “you”).

1.2. The TechVisor.pro website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is an independent IT media outlet for Ukrainians that publishes reviews, guides, and analysis on technology, artificial intelligence, gadgets, and the digital lifestyle.

1.3. Any use of the Site—whether browsing pages, copying materials, or following links—constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this document, please stop using the Site.

1.4. The Editorial Board reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to Users. The new version takes effect upon its publication on the Website. We recommend that you check this document regularly to ensure it is up to date.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

2.1. All content published on TechVisor.pro—including article texts, headlines, content structure, illustrations, photographs, the logo, corporate identity, video materials, and infographics—is subject to the intellectual property rights of the Editorial Board or third parties who have transferred such rights to the Editorial Board, and is protected by Ukrainian copyright law.

2.2. Users have the right to view Site materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of content — full or partial copying, reproduction, distribution, publication on other web resources, transfer to third parties, translation, modification — is permitted exclusively upon obtaining prior written consent from the Editorial Team and mandatory inclusion of an active hyperlink to the original TechVisor.pro material.

2.3. Quoting Site materials in an amount not exceeding 20% of the total publication volume is permitted without separate approval, provided that an active link to the source is included in the format: Source: TechVisor.pro with a hyperlink to the corresponding page.

2.4. The logo, name TechVisor, and TechVisor.pro are trademarks of the Editorial Team. Their use in any manner without written permission is prohibited.

2.5. Copyright infringement is grounds for legal action and claims for damages in the amount provided by current Ukrainian legislation.

3. Site Usage Rules

3.1. By using the Site, you agree not to perform the following actions:

  • copy or reproduce Site materials without permission from the Editorial Team;
  • place links to the Site in contexts that contradict moral standards, Ukrainian legislation, or may damage the reputation of TechVisor.pro;
  • perform any technical actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Site: DDoS attacks, automated parsing, malicious code injection;
  • use the Site to distribute spam, illegal materials, or mislead other users;
  • pass off TechVisor.pro materials as your own original work.

3.2. The Editorial Team reserves the right to block access to the Site for any User or IP address without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

4.1. TechVisor.pro materials are published for informational purposes only. The Editorial Team makes efforts to ensure accuracy and relevance of publications, but does not guarantee complete reliability, completeness, or timeliness of posted information.

4.2. Product reviews, ratings, and recommendations on the Site reflect the editorial opinion of authors at the time of publication and are not official advice — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise. Before making any decisions based on Site materials, we recommend consulting appropriate specialists.

4.3. The Editorial Team is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site;
  • accuracy, completeness, or relevance of information published on the Site;
  • content of third-party websites linked from TechVisor.pro;
  • technical failures, temporary unavailability of the Site, or data loss due to reasons beyond the Editorial Team’s control.

4.4. Links to external resources are placed solely for User convenience. The Editorial Team is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

5. Advertising and Commercial Materials

5.1. TechVisor.pro may display advertising materials from partners. All advertising and partner publications are marked with appropriate labels (“Advertisement,” “Partner Material,” “Sponsored Content”).

5.2. The Editorial Team reserves the right to independently make decisions regarding advertising placement and is not responsible for advertisers’ goods or services.

5.3. TechVisor.pro editorial materials are independent of commercial partnerships and reflect exclusively the author’s position. Commercial collaboration does not influence editorial evaluation of products and services.

5.4. The Site may use affiliate links. When following such links and making a purchase, the Editorial Team may receive a commission without additional costs to the User.

6. Cookies and Data Collection

6.1. The Site uses cookies to ensure proper operation, analyze traffic, and improve user experience quality. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. The Editorial Team may collect anonymized statistical data about traffic through Google Analytics and other analytical tools. This data is used exclusively for internal analytical purposes and Site improvement.

6.3. Personal data of Users obtained through Site contact forms is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and is not transferred to third parties without User consent, except in cases provided by law.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, including the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” and the Law of Ukraine “On E-Commerce.”

7.2. In case of any disputes related to the use of the Site or interpretation of this Agreement, the parties undertake to first attempt to resolve them through negotiations. To contact the Editorial Team, use the contact form or email address specified in the “Contacts” section.

7.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved pre-trial within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of a written claim, it is referred to a competent court of Ukraine in accordance with current procedural legislation.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it is removed from the Agreement text without affecting the validity and enforceability of its other provisions.

8.2. The Editorial Team’s inaction regarding a User’s violation of this Agreement does not deprive the Editorial Team of the right to take appropriate measures in the future.

8.3. This Agreement is the complete and exhaustive regulation of relations between the Editorial Team and User regarding use of the Site and replaces all previous arrangements, agreements, and communications on this matter.
